Receiving DQ code D112.00 means the DoDMERB physician reviewer determined that your medical history or exam findings related to history of severe hyperhidrosis of hands or feet unless controlled by topical medications do not currently meet Department of Defense accession standards as defined in DoDI 6130.03.

A disqualification is separate from a waiver decision. DoDMERB applies the accession standard. The commissioning program decides whether to consider a waiver and evaluates each case individually. This page does not predict that decision.

The commissioning program, not DoDMERB, decides whether to review a disqualified applicant for a medical waiver. The process and decision belong to that program's waiver authority.

Follow the instructions in DMACS 2.0 and answer any request for additional medical information. Medical care, medication, testing, and school accommodations should be decided with the appropriate clinician or school team, not changed to fit an application.
